The grace of God is the only thing that will save anyone in the final judgement. No one makes the final call but God. He can and will make the right call no matter the circumstances. He has told us that there are actions, practices and ways in which we live that will rule us out and we would do well to avoid them at all cost. It is our responsibility to warn others that if they practice those worldly ways they will go to eternal punishment away from God for all eternity into hell, where the worm never dies and the fire is not quenched and that if we take part in these practices we will as well.
Still even if you have changed your way of life completely and given everything to God and have made it your practice not to sin, that will not be the only determining reason God grants someone eternal life either. Practicing righteousness is only part of the equation. The other part of the equation is whether or not Jesus acknowledges that you belong to Him. Jesus is the mediator and at the final Judgement the bride of Christ who is the only Church will be glorified with God for all eternity. In that moment if you are part of the body of Jesus He will have shown you eternal grace...
... draw near to God and He will draw near to you ...
